The Pazos de Lusco estate has five hectares of vineyards planted with the traditional system of Pergola which allows the Albariño grape to be fully displayed. Ageing 6 months on lees. 4-18 Months in French & American Oak Food Pairing It is perfect to enjoy it with medium bodied dishes cocked tapas, baked and roasted fish, pasta and paella
