Description Chrysalis extract PharmacodynamicsThe drug is of plant origin. has m-cholinolytic and antispasmodic action. Prevents stimulating effect of acetylcholine; reduces secretion of salivary, gastric, bronchial, lacrimal, sweat glands, external secretory function of the pancreas. Reduces muscle tone of gastrointestinal tract, bile ducts and gall bladder, but increases sphincter tone; causes tachycardia, improves atrioventricular conduction. It dilates pupils, hinders outflow of intraocular fluid, increases intraocular pressure, causes accommodation paralysis.
