Place on your hob over medium heat. Once water reaches 90-96°C (just off the boil), remove from heat. The wooden handle stays cool, so you can grip it comfortably without a cloth. Hold the kettle at a slight angle and pour in slow, circular motions over your coffee grounds—the long gooseneck spout gives you precise control over flow rate. Start from the centre and spiral outward for even saturation. The 600ml capacity is perfect for blooming and multiple pours during V60 or Chemex brewing.
